It’s time to start thinking about putting away those wolly jumpers and start shopping for the spring and summer fashion trends.

 

So, to help you get the best look in 2010 we’ve teamed up with personal stylist Judith Stephenson who guided us through the top five looks of the season… 

 

What's hot in high-street fashion...

 

2010 will be the year of the legs, hemlines are rising, and the micro miniskirt is back with full force.

 

If you’re not comfortable with showing too much leg then team the mini with some great tights.

 

Think different colours, patterns and textures, tights are a quick and cost effective way to update your wardrobe and you can wear them with practically everything.

 

Alternatively shorts are a hit again this season, all lengths all styles, from casual to smart and even worn as part of a suit, great for hot summer days in the office.

 

Play time

 

There’s a style out there for everybody so have a good look around. The all in one is all in season, jumpsuits and playsuits.

 

This look will work for everybody, whether you like the utilitarian look with zips and pockets or the glamorous Halston inspired look, for the club or for the beach this trend will be huge.

 

The festive season may be over but the sequins are here to stay.

 

This is a great look to mix and match, think jeans and a t-shirt with a great sequined cardigan.

 

Accessories are another way to pull off this look, belts, bags and shoes. Keep the sparkle in the finer details and you won’t go wrong. Though the hemlines are going up the good news is the heel is coming down.

 

The kitten heel will be the statement shoe this season. Breath a sigh of relief knowing that you will be stylish and comfortable in 2010.

Deadly high heels, sharp silhouettes, bright colours Keep… Graphic prints, boyfriend blazers, ruffles.

Feather headbands, nude colours, sporty trousers.
